- To advise clients to take Independent Legal Advice.
- To advise clients of all fees in writing prior to any purchase taking place.

- To maintain the strict data protection standards set.
- Not to pass client information to any third party unless directly involved in the sale of the clients property unless given permission to do so by the client.

| We will call you within 24 hours of your initial enquiry. If you do not answer we will leave a clear concise message on your answering machine.

| We will provide you with a free assessment of your property value based on the information you give us.

| We may pay up to £550 legal fee for you if you use one of our panel solicitors (this should cover all of your fees for a normal property sale).
