What are your fees? - We don't charge anything for a successful sale and, we pay all of
your costs.
How long does it take? - Most deals complete in around 3 / 4 weeks. If you want to sell
quicker tell us and we can usually help you out.
Does the house need a survey? - Yes and we will pay for it.
How much will you pay for my house? - This depends of the location, condition and style
of property.
Will you buy in my area? - We will buy most property in England and Wales.
Do you have a solicitor? - We have a solicitor on hand who can work for you. We usually pay
this bill.
Do I need a HIP's pack - No. We will agree to buy your house without a HIP's pack.
Do you offer sale & rent back? - No, the new government rules have made it too complicated
in our opinion.
