We pay for an independent survey of your house to confirm the value and condition.

Week Two
Solicitors are appointed and the sale proceeds to completion. We pay all legal fees.

You tell us when you want to move out. This can be anything up to 2 / 3 months time. We will fit in with your plans.

On completion of the sale, you receive your money and arrange to move out of the house.
